1. Is coaching the same as therapy?
No. Coaching is for those who are looking to optimize their experience by achieving greater clarity, accessing more energy, and connecting to a greater sense of meaning.
2. How often do we meet?
The best results come from one-hour, weekly phone sessions for one year. After that, you may feel comfortable shifting to a biweekly cadence.
3. Is coaching expensive?
It’s definitely an investment, like other development programs you’ve likely completed. The cost of not utilizing coaching to remove barriers to your growth, happiness, and success is much higher.
4. What kind of coach are you?
As a coach, I listen to what you bring to each session. Most often, what is limiting your sense of success or preventing you from reducing your stress is found between the lines. And so, I listen for those deeper storylines that reveal what is asking to be seen, heard, and responded to. I help you see where the threads of the stories come together and what they are pointing to. The best part for me is that I know that you already have everything you need within you. My job is to shine the light on it all.
5. How does coaching work?
Coaching shifts your perspective by revealing beliefs that are preventing you from seeing greater possibilities. Once these limiting filters are removed, your next steps are self-evident and will happen with ease.
6. If my employer pays for my coaching, will they have access to any of our work?
No. Absolutely not. Regardless of who provides the financial support, all conversations and results are held in strict confidentiality by me as allowed by law.
7. What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Cancellations or rescheduling may be made with 24 hours advance notice, preferably by text, or the session will be forfeited, except in the case of sudden, serious illness or family emergency. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be rescheduled within that week to avoid forfeiture.
