Right now, when you look at or think about your belly, you don’t feel good. Your thoughts are critical and you feel stressed, discouraged, and overwhelmed.
You’ve seen your body change over the years and it’s frustrating to feel like you’re powerless to stop it.

I’m sure you’ve heard of things like affirmations or describing what you want your life to look like in X number of years. You may have even tried these exercises in the hopes that it would help you reach your goal weight.
Affirmations are statements that affirm that something you wish to be true actually is true. For example, ‘I am healthy, wealthy, and wise.’
Describing what your life looks like in the future can be making a list outlining where you live, how much money you make, what your health is like, what kind of relationship you’re in, and lots more.
There’s a big problem with both of these approaches.
They’re all in your head.

In order to successfully create the body you desire, so you can love the body you’re in, you’re going to need to do 3 things:
- Expand your MindSet
- Boost your BodySet
- Free your LoveSet
All 3 of these are required to time travel and melt your belly fat without breaking a sweat.
You’ll Believe It When You See It
Expand Your MindSet
In order to become a skilled time traveler, you first have to accept that you, and you alone, have the power to create the state of your life. This means being willing to be 100% accountable for the quality of it.
Boost Your BodySet
Next, you have to see your body as you want it to look. Create a 3-dimensional visual of your balanced and beautiful body. See every curve and line. Envision the glow of health radiating from every ounce of you.
Free Your LoveSet
And now, feel how it feels to be in your body. Really feel it. Notice any sensations; feel how healthy and fit your body is. Luxuriate in the energy and vitality you feel. What do you hear, see, smell, feel, and even taste in this moment? Love and appreciate all of it.
Once Is Not Enough
Now that you’ve traveled to this alternate time and reality in which you have and enjoy the body you desire, it’s essential to capture it in writing.
- MindSet: Begin by acknowledging that you have the total power to create your experience.
- BodySet: See the body you desire in high definition and describe it holographically.
- LoveSet: And then, write out a full sensory description that puts you in a panoramic, multi-dimensional, whole-hearted immersive state.
This is your own personal, super-charged time machine. Read this every day, first thing in the morning and last thing before sleeping. As you do, you’re actually traveling to the time and space where you’re enjoying the body you desire and loving the body you’re in.
Mind-Bending Note: this reality already exists. It’s just that there’s a gap between where you are now and how you want to be. Traveling through time to this desired experience decreases the distance and allows you to reach your destination faster, easier, and more fully.
